CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking an appointment at our Head Spa, a 30% deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit acts as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or fail to show up. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost when your appointment is completed. This policy helps us maintain availability and provide the best possible service for all our clients.
